Returns & Sales Policies


The sales contract is between each individual seller and the buyer. Zibbart provides the service that facilitates this contract, but is not responsible for compliance.


All vendors agree with the directive of
the European Union on the rights of consumers.

This Directive protects consumers when buying online or by mail and applies to all member states of the European Union. Zibbart want sellers use this directive, but is not responsible if you do not use.

Sellers must send the product to a maximum of three (3) business days after receiving payment unless it has previously been arranged another date or the identity of the buyer or the address can not be authenticated. In this case, sellers should contact technical support Zibbart opening a ticket or sending an email to < em> [email protected]

All products must be received by the client within 30 days.


You must pay for the items you purchase through the Zibbart, unless the seller has made a clear typographical error or can not authenticate the identity of the seller. You and only you are responsible for paying the seller when it commits to purchase a product of it.

Returns Policies

By using Zibbart, sellers agree that the buyer has the right to terminate the contract and return an item. They have the right to do so within 14 days of receipt of the items and a full refund, including the cost of delivery, which must be made within 14 days after the seller receives the item (s) returned, or within 14 days after the buyer forner evidence that the item (s) has been returned (for example, proof of shipment), whichever is earlier.

Unless the seller says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping charges.

Please note: Unless defective, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are custom tailored or tailored to their specific needs; items that deteriorate quickly (eg food), personal items sold with a hygienic seal (cosmetics, underwear) where the seal is broken.

Cancelling a Transaction

The buyer must inform the seller if you want to cancel an order and must do so through the Zibbart returns system, so that Zibbart becomes aware. Sellers must provide a full refund of the cost of the item and any shipping costs within 14 days after receipt of the returned item (s), or within 14 days after the buyer provide evidence that the item (s) has been returned (for example, proof of delivery), whichever earlier. If the goods have not yet been sent, refunds are to be provided within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

Lost Products

If the item is lost in shipment, unless proved otherwise, the seller must take the contract of sale and refund or send back the product to the buyer.
